Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Consolidate financial and sales data from various regional sales offices to support group-level reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis, including but not limited to management reports and KPI analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis, investigate root causes, and provide clear explanations and recommendations.
Monitor and control operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and financial goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives such as cost optimization, new initiatives, and operational improvements.
Support continuous process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of finance and accounting operations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company financial policies.
Assist in account payable process, review vendor invoices and expense claims, ensure accuracy and policy compliance

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or financial planning
