Follow all company policies and procedures,To supervise the Front Desk, Business Center, Concierge team, Executive Lounge and the Service Center to strive towards total guest satisfaction. Ensure that all associates are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations. Need to be able to perform in all front office functions. Total responsible for hiring, training, and develop all associates working for the Front Office. Assist Resident Manager in all areas to ensure smooth operations.

Responsible for the smooth, efficient and professional operation of all Front Office areas.
負責維持前廳穩定,高效及專業的運作。
Ensures that all procedures and policies are in place and followed.
保證各項措施和政策都被知曉及應用。
Conducts audit and controls on a regular basis. Communicates with accounting in case of any irregularities; coaches and counsels associates whenever appropriate.
經常檢查審計,與財務密切溝通以免賬目的混亂;在必要時采取措施訓導員工。
Ensures good communications between the departments
保證各部門之間的良好溝通。
Strictly follows bank-out procedures and cash handling procedures.

Ensure confidentiality of User Log-on. Ensure that users are logged out when leaving the area.

Trains and develops associates to the highest possible extent. Ensures that daily training is provided for technical, hospitality, communication, management, and organizational skills.

1 學曆、專業要求
Higher Education and Industry Related Training Program.
相關專業本科以上學曆
2 經驗要求
Minimum 7 years of Front Office working experience with at least 1 year’s Front Office Manager experience in International Hotel
7年以上前台工作經驗包括1年以上前廳經理經驗
Demonstrated key Marriott leadership competency qualities
