職責描述： Key Responsibilities: • Analyze the market for AI advancements. • Design and develop intelligent chatbots using RAG architecture. • Identify possible AI use cases for Lighting Electronics. • Integrate AI tools and chatbots with existing systems and databases. • Implement RAG architecture for enhanced information retrieval and response generation. • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI tools and chatbot solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor functionalities. • Conduct thorough testing and optimization of AI tool performance. • Create comprehensive documentation and provide training and support to internal teams. • Digest use cases cross-functionally and work with functions to deploy AI literacy. 任職要求： Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in developing chatbots using RAG architecture. • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. • Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud services. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and team members.
