POSITION OVERVIEW 職位概況:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED職位要求:
• Minimum 3 years work-related experience in automotive field
• 至少3年的相關工作經驗在汽車領域
• Minimum 1 year management experience
• 至少1年的管理工作經驗
• Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• 極好的組織能力,領導能力及解決問題能力
• Strong Execution
• 執行力強
• Good English skills in written and verbal
• 良好的英語書麵和口頭能力
• Makes personnel decisions in shopfloor.
• 在車間內負責人員的管控
• The shop floor shift leaders report to him. (As current organization chart)
• 根據公司組織結構規劃,生產班長,需向生產主管彙報工作
• Be authorized to make decision to stop production in emergency situation (With risk of people injured, with risk of quality failure, with risk of machine damaged)
• 在緊急情況下(有人員受傷的風險,有質量失效的風險,有設備損壞的風險)有權停止生產

RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS職位描述;
• Enhance leadership in shopfloor continually.
• 持續提高車間領導力
• Ensure that accurate daily supervisor routing are completed,
• 確保精確完成主管工作日誌
• Be responsible for monitoring production objectives (OEE, scrap, personnel).
• 負責監督各項生產指標(設備綜合效率,廢品率,生產人員利用率)
• Supervise process documents (PFMEA, Flowcharts, Error-proofing plan, WI, Training documents) to be implemented in production.
• 督導過程文件(潛在失效模式分析、流程圖、防錯計劃、作業指導書、培訓文件)在生產上被執行
• Be responsible for implementation of Kaizen process in shopfloor.
• 負責持續改進活動在車間的執行。
• Support machine/assembly process optimization.
• 協助機器,裝配工藝的分析和優化
• Support production manager to reduce production cost (Increase utilization rate, reduce consumable cost and increase productivity).
• 協助生產經理降低成本(提高設備利用率、降低消耗品成 本及提高生產力)
• Recruit new operators.
• 招聘新員工
• Monthly review and evaluate operators' performance
• 員工月度績效考核
• Continually improve teamwork (skill/training, motivation, morale, communication) in shop floor.
• 持續改進車間團隊建設(技能/培訓、激勵、精神士氣、溝通)。
• Plan, coordinate and control personnel development in shopfloor.
• 規劃,協調車間員工的發展
• EHS coordination in shopfloor.
• 車間EHS協調工作
• Maintain positive communication between departments,
• 各部門間保持積極的溝通
• Encourage and promote positive feedback and suggestions from the operators,
• 提倡和鼓勵操作者的正麵反饋和意見
• Work within the guidelines of the Cosma China Associate Handbook
• 根據公司員工手冊的內容開展工作
• Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety
• 有義務持續改進和保持工作場所的安全
• TS16949 awareness and adherence

• Other duties as may be required
