Job Responsibilities
1. Work with global sales team and key customers to create products that meet customer needs, fill market gaps, and fit the global strategy.
2. Manage the development of new products to meet timelines and on budget.
3. Implement and take responsibility for the commercialization of new products that include the entire value chain of supply chain partners in Asia Pacific region following the product development process.
4. Support company sustainability goals and objectives through product development and smart sourcing.
5. Create fabric procurement specifications and quality standards to ensure supply chain partners meet production quality expectations.
