職責描述:
* manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area.
根據公司的銷售區域的劃分,管理自己的銷售區域,贏得潛在客戶;
* build and then maintain a good pipeline of 25 target and 50 prospect companies.
建立並保持一定數量的客戶群,維護良好的客戶結構,25個目標客戶和50個預期客戶相對合理;
* complete sales record keeping in our crm system according to published time and completion standards.
根據公司要求記錄銷售記錄在crm係統中
* participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer's logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations.
進行客戶需求分析,參與客戶增值物流解決方案的製定;
* support the transition & implementation phase of the sales process through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork. when needed, support ar collection.
做好客戶需求與操作部門實際執行的交接工作,確保客戶需求的傳達,催收應收賬款;
* other work assigned by manager.
管理部門安排的其他相關工作;
任職要求:
* a university degree or recognized professional qualification as a university equivalent is required.
大學本科學曆或同等水平;
* oral and written proficiency in the english language.
精通英語聽、說、讀、寫;
* strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
較強的問題解決能力、組織能力、人際交往能力;
* ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
執行力和團隊合作能力;
* self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
在不斷的環境變換及快速工作節奏中體現較強的自我激勵及抗壓能力;
