職位描述：
1. bachelor degree or above in engineering or related major.
2. good technical background (preferred in lithium ion battery). strong analytical mind, sensitive to data. strong data analysis and reporting skill.
3. strong concept of dfm, fmea, cpk and msa.
4. able to work under pressure and handle multi tasking. positive working attitude and have vision to grow with company.
5.early involvement of the npi process representing qa department. master all npi trial run status from supplier management, parts incoming quality status, process quality status and shipment quality status.
6.together with the npi team, participate in d/pfmea brainstorm session to identify potential risk factors, and drive the team to solve issues before c3 stage, ensure 100% close before mass production.
7.prepare new product qa related document, cross check other department related documents.
8. work with pe to closely monitor product performance during initial launch. make continuous improvement until it reach the design expectation.
9. serve as internal gating to stop and escalate when necessary during npi stage strictly according to npi procedure.

、出貨質量方麵標準的定義，實際質量的把關等
3. 新產品導入階段，製程質量方麵的風險因素識別與改善
4. 新產品導入階段，品質部相關文件準備與發行，其他部門文件審批
5. 新產品導入階段，產品表現狀況把握與質量方麵問題持續改善以達到設計預期
6. 新產品導入階段，嚴格按照npi流程進行內部控製，必要時，項目叫停和事件升級
